I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to visit with you a little, but I was sick the first and last days we were at Conference. It's never happened before and I hope it never happens again! I was delighted to meet your sister. From the very short time I spoke with her, she is truly beautiful inside and out. Also, congratulations on winning the Northeast rep position. Best wishes - Nancy Miller

Re: Back from the 2008 Child of deaf adults (CODA) conference

that IS breathtaking! as always you impress me-- you are such a great example of love at work in the world. I know that sounds goofy but I couldn't think of a non-goofy way to put it. :)

Re: Back from the 2008 Child of deaf adults (CODA) conference

i usually take a lot of pictures but this year i was more judicious. i wish i had a picture of my sister and me together. i'm thinking that @jaybear and @wilbear will have one!

Re: Back from the 2008 Child of deaf adults (CODA) conference

Sean Sean Sean - brilliant! Yes - I too loved meeting your beautiful sister! Congrats on your FIFTH conference. It's exhilarating isn't it. Not only are you a region rep - but you also help in developing the new website! Your involvement is crucial.

Isn't the Midwest something? I've lived in Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin. I really like it - but I'd retire to Oregon given the chance.

So as I'm browsing thru your flickr photos, I see you took as many as I did. Do you have more of the conference or was that it? I was like hurry up, take photos now before I go on the last day. Love yours!

I miss you!

Re: Back from the 2008 Child of deaf adults (CODA) conference

Wow, sounds interesting.
