At target I have the best of luck AND I always check my receipts. They say it's just so that there are no empty spaces but the expensive stuff they put there often looks very similar to the special offer product. 'Cause here in the South, store employees are usually falling over themselves to make the customer feel satisfied...maybe it is something to do with the water?
