I agree with your last questions, as I'm still learning Seesmic - I'll be back to read this again when the lingo is able to be absorbed (wink)

Good of you to highlight Seesmic's (and Loic's) personalized approach to customer service and end-user empowerment. I've recently had a feel-good experience with Mr. Le Meur's attentiveness to his product myself. This level of engagement will surely serve Seesmic well.
